The fantastic Z Countertop forming solutions come in three different edge heights.  The Euro Edge for a sleek 1.25 nch edge(1 inch main body), Standard 2.25 inch edge(1 5/8 body), and Commercial 3.5 inch edge(2 3/4 inch body).  The square profiles of all three sizes have various profile liners available as well.
