Concrete Rollers
Instant Transformation with Decorative Concrete Texture Rollers by Walttools. Adding a decorative border to a small-scale concrete project is a relatively simple task for a trained concrete contractor. But when you need to apply that border to a miles-long road project, this simple task can quickly become a real challenge. Fortunately, there’s a simple, cost-effective solution to this problem: concrete pattern rollers. Decorative concrete rollers are a time-efficient method for applying concrete border patterns for projects that are long or curvy. They are especially useful for department of transportation (DOT) projects such as medians, sidewalks and shoulders that require a pattern that is relatively narrow (8” to 10”) and continue for a long distance. Wider rollers apply a seamless stone-like surface. Seamless rollers are available in 9, 18 and 24 inch wide sizes. You can also use the wider concrete stamp curb rollers to place a border on a patio slab or decorate a control joint. Edge patterns can be colored to match corresponding stamp patterns or made to contrast. Rollers are available in an assortment of realistic patterns. Popular patterns include cobblestone, slate, worn brick and Victorian. It is common practice to apply a powder or liquid release agent…

Hardscape Systems is based upon a the tried-and-true construction material EPS foam. It has been reliably used for decades and is known (strangely) for its strength and durability. EPS possesses ideal physical and mechanical properties for many construction needs. As a result of its manufacturing process, aging does not effect the long-term stability of EPS. Due to its flexibility and versatility, it can be cut into sheets, blocks, slabs, or any desired design to meet specific building construction requirements, as well as customized designs. EPS is used as insulation in walls, roofs, and foundations, and serves as an integral component of structural insulated panels, insulated concrete forms, and exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS). In the artificial rock world, there is nothing easier than using foam to create a multitude of shapes and designs. From humble beginnings, EPS has grown into one of the most versatile insulating materials used in construction today. The “Unit” is the core of the Hardscape Systems existence. It consists of six, 4 foot sections of a patented cut EPS foam block, top panel, and reinforced bendable rails. Those combined with 7 bags (enough for 24 ft) of Structure Coat and you have the start…

SEE PRODUCT CATEGORIES | SEE GALLERY Concrete is a fantastic building material. It can be poured, molded, shaped, carved, stacked or sprayed into nearly any pattern, texture or shape you need. It can be made into almost any color you desire, too, whether that’s bold, subdued or blended in with the surroundings. Get that plain gray concrete turned into something decorative with coloring products. Customization is Simple with Concrete Coloring Products Concrete is a porous material that can be stained, painted or dyed in many different ways to achieve various effects, looks or themes. The only problem you’ll have is choosing a color method; so many options exist. However, depending on the project you’re undertaking, you may find it easier to either color the concrete upfront or do so later. The upfront choices are typically integral color and color hardener. Integral color, often referred to as concrete dye, involves adding a pigment — in the redi-mix truck or by hand — to the concrete while it mixes. It colors concrete all the way through and is excellent for slabs that are subject to heavy traffic and abuse. On the other hand, color hardener provides a similar look to integral color,…

Transform Your Hardscape With Concrete Stamps by Walttools When hardscape projects come to mind, teams tend to imagine spending hours carefully laying uniform bricks or various size stones and tiles. Fortunately, Contractor Source can help your team save time and resources on hardscape projects when you utilize our high-quality Walttools concrete stamps. These stamps create realistic impressions that make individuals question whether they are looking at concrete or the real thing.
Slate Concrete Stamps
Stamps are an economical alternative to expensive traditional materials. In addition to the relatively lower cost, you get the durability and maintainability of concrete along with the look and feel of slate. It’s not limited to slate, though, as stamped concrete can mimic other materials like brick, flagstone, tile and wood, to name a few examples. Whether you are a contractor or a homeowner looking to create DIY designs, slate concrete stamps will help you achieve desired designs at a low cost and with ease. Level up your Slate Concrete Stamps with Staining and Dying When you choose slate concrete stamps, staining and dying is a great option that brings any project to the next level. At Contractor Source, we have a variety of Tru Tint Dye to choose from including Tru Impressions Accent Release Powders, Tru Hue Integral Color, or Tru Tique Wash. Our Tru Tint Water Based Stains and Tru Tique Wash can be used with water as the carrier giving them an edge over dyes that require specific solvent based carriers. Our antiquing agent or color wash can be applied to unsealed stamped concrete to provide a secondary color like traditional antique release agents.
Stone Concrete Stamps
If you’re looking for a cost-effective, long-lasting alternative to stone floor sets, stone concrete stamps are your ready-made solution. Stone concrete stamps allow for ultimate customization in terms of the texture and color of concrete slabs in your next home or project. Once applied to the concrete, they will give off a natural finish. By choosing stone concrete stamps, you can open the door to even more versatility in your use of concrete. They have been designed to not be repetitive and produce incredibly realistic results.
Compatible Concrete Stamps
Compatible Concrete stamps from Walttools are fully integrable into three of the most popular concrete stamp patterns. By eliminating the repeating pattern that occurs with only 3 concrete stamp mats, you can create a much more realistic and original patterned concrete finish when you add in our three additional BC concrete stamps. Our concrete stamp mats have a true likeness to stone and are known to be even more realistic than the original manufacturer’s designs, thereby improving your finished designs. If you have these original sets from the other guys and need to add additional stamps, try adding the BC line and see the difference they make!
Cobble Concrete Stamps
Brick Concrete Stamps
Brick concrete stamps involve imprinting concrete with rubber stamps to get a finish that looks and feels similar to real brick-like texture. Other finishes could mimic natural stone or even wood planks. Stamped concrete is a cheaper alternative to expensive building materials, and when used in the right setting, it is a simple way to increase a home’s appeal. That’s why we’ll be looking at brick concrete stamps and how you can use them for your next professional or DIY project.
Wood Concrete Stamps
Are you looking for a way to take your next contracting or home DIY project to the next level without paying an arm and a leg for high-maintenance materials? Wood concrete stamps are your solution for beautiful, seamless flooring that is made to last. Not only do wood plank concrete stamps bring a natural feel to your space, but they also complement your existing design and structural features. To upgrade your space with less stress and expense, consider the following benefits of using hardwood concrete stamps for your next project.
Border Stamps
Walttools concrete border stamps are the perfect addition to your collection of Walttools decorative concrete stamps and seamless texture skins. They come in a variety of patterns such as rustic brick, cobblestone, flagstone, slate tile, random stone, and limestone. Concrete border widths range from under 8 inches to a bit over 12 inches to complement almost any design. They are sold in convenient sets of 4, which include 3 rigid stamps and 1 flexible/floppy mat.
Seamless Skins
Transform Your Hardscape With Concrete Skins If you’re looking for a way to add subtle texture to your new concrete, a seamless concrete stamp may be your best choice. Seamless skin concrete stamps, or concrete texture skins, provide continuous natural-looking textures on your surface without leaving a pattern as with concrete stamps. As a result, your surface will end up looking like one large stone plateau. Seamless texture skins are becoming more common every day on driveways, patios, pool decks, and interior surfaces due to their ease of use compared to their stamp pattern counterparts, and the easy way they fit into the look of most hardscape environments. You can mimic the looks of slate, stone, wood grain, even the sea floor. There are a plethora of reasons contractors and homeowners are shifting towards using concrete skins. They are lightweight, durable and reusable, making them the optimal solution for contractors and home DIY enthusiasts. With our concrete skins, your hardscape projects will be durable and long-lasting. You can also choose between seamless and bordered designs in patterns ranging from brick to wood grain. Best of all, our concrete skins and accessories provide a cost-effective solution to adding variety to your…

Border Rollers
Decorative Concrete Border Rollers from Walttools are designed to give the decorative contractor a simple way to incorporate borders and other linear features into their decorative concrete stamping jobs without all the frustration associated with border stamps. The biggest advantage is the ability to efficiently stamp curved borders. Concrete stamping border rollers are a must-have for any concrete contractor. Features: Extremely durable polyurethane bodies for long-term, non-wear use User adjustable, heavy-duty float bracket for extended reach Brass roller bushing for reduced friction and extended wear Several patterns to complement most common stamp patterns Benefits: Borders are easy extra $$ Borders can be done on plain or stamped concrete and overlay Borders are often completed in the down time that is usually wasted while waiting for the concrete surface to become stamp ready Most jobs require only one person Rollers allow curves without the inherent frustration of stamps
Seamless Texture Rollers
Concrete Stamp Rollers: The Easiest Way to Add Texture to Concrete: Walttools seamless concrete texture rollers are an incredibly versatile tool for concrete texturing. They can be used for small areas such as borders and touch-ups, up to full-size patios and driveways. They can produce texture quickly and efficiently, something that is important in the warm summer months. Do you stencil? There is not a better tool for adding texture allowing you to give the same stencil design multiple looks. How about overlayment? Rollers again are perfect, allowing you to get texture on the surface faster than waiting to get out there on stamps. Slate and stone are the hallmarks of the concrete texture industry and seamless rollers amply provide these textures. The large 24″ styles are perfect for the larger areas. The 9″ are great for touch-ups on your stamp jobs, borders, step treads, overlay and microtoppings. Smaller texture rollers have recently begun to find their way into the stamping contractor’s tool kit because they are the ultimate convenience to pre-texturing around the edge of a pour and for touch-ups. Additionally, those rollers are the tools of the trade for the vertical concrete industry. The larger rollers come…
Touch-Up Rollers
These lightweight, 9 inch, textured concrete roller sleeves fit right over a common paint roller frame and can be used in an instant. They weigh next to nothing and are handier than using touch-up skins in many cases. The simple textures blend with a multitude of stamp and texture patterns. They are perfect for: doing texture touch-ups on stamp jobs pre-texturing around the edge of soon-to-be-stamped concrete or overlayment creating decorative texture bands on a stamp job textured borders texturing stencil jobs texturing concrete countertops
Liners & Inserts
Most people do not find concrete that is straight out of wall forms very attractive because it is plain, boring, and drab to look at. On the contrary, most people enjoy color and texture on concrete walls. As long as that holds true, all of us in the decorative concrete industry may have a job. The imperfections in a smooth wall created by formwork or voids end up adding character to a decorative concrete wall. Concrete Flex Forms Concrete Step Inserts Countertop Liners Firepit Liners Wall Form Liners Z Poolform System
Countertop Liners
Concrete countertop forms are the easiest way to give your new concrete countertop some instant character. These flexible concrete countertop inserts come in a variety of profiles, textures, and designs so you can match your decor. They can be used for both cast-in-place and precast-type concrete countertops. Unique edge details are created on your concrete countertop edge by using these special edge forms while the concrete is being poured. Adding an edge form detail to the concrete is the simplest way to customize a kitchen, bathroom, or tabletop with a high-end, finished look. Kitchen islands, bathroom vanities, outdoor kitchens, wall caps, and fire pits are good examples of places where using concrete countertop forms will help produce great edges. Walttools concrete countertop liners are flexible enough for tight radius designs, are easy to cut, and are reusable for an indefinite number of projects.
Firepit Liners
Plain gray concrete is boring, and to be honest, there is very little truth to “plain” when it comes to walls. Plain gray concrete is often filled with a multitude of imperfections, such as lines, gaps, voids and exposed aggregates. Creating a true plain gray wall would be difficult since it is formed. For horizontal work we have the ability to manipulate the concrete how we want. Skilled trowelling or texturing is possible. Since vertical-formed concrete has to set in between forms, any manipulation must come after the fact and is often labor intensive and/or costly. In comes the use of form liners. Form liners are textured inserts that come in many different textures and patterns that will, when attached to the inside of the formwork, leave the concrete with very pleasing effects. Used in “architectural concrete” for decades to make large scale vertical surfaces more pleasing, form liners are now found in mainstream concrete use, making even smaller projects more aesthetically acceptable. Stone, wood, slate, and brick are all achievable with poured concrete. Walttools detailed form liners are used in the creation of step risers, fire pits, and seat walls to produce concrete looks that are much more pleasing…
Poolform Liners
Z Poolform liners are the only way to achieve a refined or natural stone look on a concrete pool coping edge. They are unmatched in detail and ease of use. There are currently 7 profiles to chose from to fit any architectural design. They are designed to fit the Z Poolform coping system but may be used for other projects that require a 3 inch profile.
Step Inserts
Using a step insert to complete your decorative concrete project is a wise choice. A poorly finished riser on a step or porch will detract from the best stamp job. When approaching a step, a person’s eye is naturally drawn to the vertical portion (riser) of the step and we all know first impressions are important. When step liners are used in the proper manner, that same job will be stunning. The relief and level of craftsmanship simply cannot be obtained by pulling the form early and trying to apply texture at that point.
Wall Liners
Decorative walls have been around for millennia. The first walls were dry stack natural stone, or in areas where stone was scarce, sun-baked silt or mud bricks were used. In time, people learned to quarry, cut, and chisel stone. Transportation advances allowed quarried stone to make it to the construction site. Masons then learned the art of turning limestone into lime to create mortar. The mortar recipes advanced and became more durable. The new mortars enabled masons to create some of the most magnificent walls on earth. To this day natural stone walls and facades are considered a desirable high end finish. In the late 19th century, with the invention of reinforced concrete, masonry began to lose its supremacy. Concrete walls were typically lighter and stronger then masonry alone. They required much less labor, thus less expensive. The problem was plain grey concrete is drab and boring, almost depressing in urban environments.

The Tru Tex Decorative Vertical is a complete vertical concrete system that consists of the most unique and economical vertical overlay mixes on the market, the largest line of specially designed texturing tools, and the world’s best natural stains. Vertical Stamps
One of the most enticing areas of decorative vertical concrete is vertical stamping. This niche combines many of the aspects of horizontal concrete stamping with vertical mixes, specialty stamping tools, and artistic techniques. Vertical stamps allow for faster creation of texture and design than the more traditional custom hand-carving. Vertical concrete stamps come in a variety of designs and patterns. They work remarkably well with both the Tru Pac V and Tru Pac X mixes from Walttools.

Vertical Texture Tools
Tru Tex Vertical roller sleeves are the quickest and easiest method of providing textures to the vertical concrete mix. There are several varieties that can be used alone or combined for countless effects. They are also highly recommended before using vertical stamps in order to apply a base texture to ensure the best results. NOTE: Using roller sleeves on concrete, whether for vertical, horizontal, or countertops will require the use of a release agent. Click here to see more information on vertical roller sleeves.

Paver Products
Pavers are a very common decorative surface material that have been around quite a bit longer that stamped concrete. Due to that tradition and its popularity, it makes sense that many hardscape contractors deal with both surfaces and need products tuned for each. Cleaners, stains, and sealers are very common items needed and these is covered here. Also found here is Pave Edge Mortar, the alternative to the always-failing plastic edging. For stains, please refer to Tru Tint WB concrete stain as an EXCELLENT way to restore or change the color of your existing paver surfaces.
Precast Concrete Molds
Walttools has four new urethane pre-cast molds that each provide exceptionally detailed concrete bench creations. The initial four models being released cover a variety of styles and sizes to fit almost any landscape environment. Unlike other precast systems on the market that leave one side non-textured, the designs from Walttools are meant to be viewed on all sides and are fully detailed on all visible planes. The initial models replicate stacked brick, natural slate, re-purposed barnwood, and flagstone. The wood and flagstone models can even be mixed-and-matched with their tops and bases. Urethane molds are ideal for landscapers, hardscapers, and concrete contractors since they are portable and can be used with leftover concrete (waste) on many jobs. It is very simple to build stock of the items in the off season to offer to your future clientele. Walttools precast pieces are quite notable. They are as visually striking as they are functional. What better way to define a public space, downtown square, revitalized streetscape, mass transit station, or commercial property than by selecting the perfect outdoor precast concrete bench? Choose from traditional rustic, to uniquely modern, to pure organic designs. All are fairly simple to create and allow for…

It can be made into almost any color you desire, too, whether that’s bold, subdued or blended in with the surroundings. Get that plain gray concrete turned into something decorative with concrete color products. Customization is Simple with Concrete Color Products Concrete is a porous material that can be stained, painted or dyed in many different ways to achieve various effects, looks or themes. On the other hand, color hardener provides a similar look to integral…

Sealers
Sealing is the most problematic and misunderstood aspects of making concrete countertops. Concrete is very porous, so it’s prone to stains other blemishes, but we can help. In a perfect world, your countertop surfaces would be (1) stain-, heat-, and scratch-resistant, (2) easy to clean, (3) food-safe, and (4) always look perfect. There are types of countertop materials that may meet all of these requirements, but it can definitely be a challenge to make countertops that fit each and every one of them. When deciding on concrete tops, you should decide on what is most important and choose a sealer that gets you closest to what you want. Some sealers enhance color, stay natural, are glossy, are matte, are thick, are thin, are good indoors only, are more abrasion resistant, etc. Walttools concrete countertop sealers will provide protection and the look you need. Please contact us and we can help you choose the best sealer for your job.

Decorative Aggregate
Decorative aggregates, such as colored glass or crushed stone, can add a great uniqueness to a concrete countertop. Aggregate is not very difficult to use and it creates a total custom look. However, it does require more work that just pouring the concrete because you need to expose the aggregate through careful grinding and optional polishing. Here are three basic ways (ranked from easiest to most difficult) of getting the decorative aggregate into a pour-in-place concrete countertop: 1: Mix all of the decorative aggregate in with the concrete. 2: Placing aggregate in the bottom of the mold when precasting (pouring upside down) 3: “Seeding” the aggregate in the top of the concrete once the forms are filled. First easiest method is mixing the aggregate into the concrete for more consistancy. Since the decorative aggregate is mixed into the concrete, all surfaces will look the same. In addition, the average spacing of the aggregates is more uniform. It does take the most aggregate though, up to 10 pounds per 50 lb bag. Second easiest method is placing the decorative aggregate into the bottom of the form (only if pouring upside down). This method is very useful when…
