Ideal to use as a base sealer before applying a finish coat 7 days later. Great around pools.

  • Improved adhesion and better chemical bonding.
  • Attractive low-sheen finish.
  • Low 350 VOC formula.
  • Slow dry compared to competing low VOC products.
  • Solvent-based acrylic resin is non-yellowing, UV resistant, anti-spall, and wear resistant.
  • Coverage: approx 250 sq. ft. per gallon.
  • Call for pallet quantity pricing.

  1. Tyler. Concrete by Tyler

My guys really like this sealer. We do mainly pool decks, driveways and patios. Driveways have been a real issue the past few years in Ohio for us. Too many spots where sealer is just lifting off. We are sure a lot is because of salting but it just happens. The stuff we had been using locally was $200 a pail. I was talking to a guy when I ordered some stamps and I asked if they had sealer and told him the issue. He explained why some sealers are different than others and what they do to make theirs do better. They add a water repellant in so it totally prevents the water from actually soaking into the concrete and freezing causing damage. That day I ordered 8 pails since he told me its only $125 a pail. Now I just ordered a pallet. This is really saving aggravation and money. I guess I learned cheaper can be better, what a change that is. Thanks for the pallet discount.

We stamp and seal concrete year after year. Shiny acrylic sealers are just tough to predict. One job they work, the next they don’t. After talking to the owner there he told me to try this one and to just spray two light, even coats a couple hours apart. I did that with 4 jobs. They all looked great with a good semi gloss sheen. None of them had problems this year unlike two patios I have to redo already from last year with a different sealer. I am pretty convinced I found something I can use regularly with less worries.

The satin look is the way to go. This nails it. No bubbles, no fuss.
