Cure Seal 700 is NOT your standard, low-solids, penetrating, curing agent for decorative or plain concrete. It is actively linked to a silicone resin, providing even more benefit than silane/siloxane-type combos. Ideal to use as a base sealer before applying a finish coat 7 days later. Great around pools.

We are down in Texas and it gets hot. We changed to this sealer two years ago and it has not let us down. It does not bubble and it looks great. It is a low gloss look but it pops the color. We were told that there is a special silicone formula additive really helps keep the water from getting thru. Just do not change anything, please.
