Travertine Form Liner (Thin Insert)

Reusable, 8-foot form liner. 2-1/4″ tall made to fit perfectly inside of Z-Counterform Square Edge Form (Will also work in the Quarter Bullnose Form. Use Polyester Mounting Tape to hold form liner to this form.) Will give your countertop a chiseled stone edge look. Ends are tapered to allow overlapping.

Use Stone Texture Mats (STM-002) to create a matching slate countertop surface.
