Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping cost is the paid by customer unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returns on unused items after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
If you need to return an item, simply give us a call to get a authorization and please include a copy of the original receipt for proper credit. We’ll notify you via e-mail or phone of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you return an item in unsaleable condition(used or damaged) that has not been disclosed to us, you will not receive your refund. You will be notified by phone and/or email.
Shipping Policy
When placing an order with faster shipping options such as overnight or second day air, be aware that you are paying for the shortened transit time. THIS IS INDEPENDENT OF THE TIME IT TAKES TO PRODUCE, PROCESS AND PREPARE YOUR ITEMS FOR SHIPPING. That can be same day or it can be a few days based on time of the year and stock situations. We do our best to ship everything as soon as possible but we encourage you to call if placing an order with time constraints so we can better estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. In addition, expedited shipping times by UPS or FEDEX are NOT guaranteed and they do not refund for missed times period. Thoese expedited costs are to be made at buyer risk, they are not refundable as long as we put the give the packages to the delivery company.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
